References Design and tendering of waste management project in Lithuania. Project includes establishing of inter-municipal company to handle solid waste in the region. The project is targeting approximation to EU requirements. Project preparation activities includes initiation of the intermunicipal co-operation and investigation of legal issues for establishing the company. 2000 Design of Basel Convention Training Centre in Pretoria for all English speaking African countries. Conduction of workshop with participation of representatives from all English speaking African countries with the purpose of achieving consensus on organisation and financing of the centre.
