Key Competencies WPP's expertise in this field is crosscutting the sector experiences. We approach Capacity Building assignments from a systemic and truly participatory position. Our philosophy is to facilitate change management but leave the substance and direction of the change to the institutions themselves. We plan, design and conduct long term and short term training courses in our fields of expertise. WPP designs all training programmes based on specific needs, using a proven structure from various programmes, adapted to meet the mutually agreed learning objectives. |
